The World Is Fun invites you to Beard & Stache Fest’s Awards Gala and the Bearded Lady Competition with special performances by Bakelite 78, Charles Leo Gebhardt IV, and Jeff Greer. It all kicks off at The Triple Door on Sunday, April 1 at 7:00pm.
Give a big thank you to the 150 furry faces and the community sponsors that made all the hoopla happen during the beard and mustache growing contest from February 25 – April 1. Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place individuals as well as best team.
And for the ladies, you can fashion a beard or mustache out of any material and compete in the Bearded Lady Competition at the event and win a prize for yourself! Come to support your favorite contestant, come to see how much moolah Beard & Stache Fest raised for foster kids, or just come to gawk at the beautiful beards and marvelous mustaches! One reluctant contestant has agreed to cut his bearded glory off during the night!
Donations for Treehouse for Kids will be collected at the door. All proceeds from the event go 100% to Treehouse and the foster kids of King County.
